Salary:
This position offers a highly competitive salary based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
Job Description:
You will provide individualized care to critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have current RN licensure, experience working in an ICU setting, and excellent critical thinking and communication skills.
