Care delivery teams face numerous challenges in engaging effectively with patients. This is where cutting-edge AI solutions come into play, empowering care teams to focus on delivering better care.

To achieve this goal, we need talented professionals like you who can develop, deploy, and manage Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.

Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Python and ML frameworks, with experience in building supporting infrastructure, testing, and evaluation of LLMs.

They should also be proficient in Speech-to-Text models, particularly fine-tuning and evaluation, as well as have knowledge of on-premises deployment techniques and cloud infrastructure.

We're looking for a self-motivated individual who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and drive them to completion while collaborating closely with data engineers and software developers.

The successful candidate will maintain clear and detailed documentation for model evaluations, fine-tuning processes, and efficiency benchmarks.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in developing, deploying, and managing LLMs in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, LangChain, Hugging Face).
  • Experience with Speech-to-Text models, especially fine-tuning and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of on-premises deployment techniques, including quantization and model compression for limited hardware.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and cost optimization strategies for LLMs.
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion.
