Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team for a full-time, travel position. As a Computed Tomography Technologist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CT scanners, performing CT procedures, and working collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate CT scanners: You will operate and maintain CT scanners, ensuring they are functioning properly and accurately.
  • Perform CT procedures: You will perform CT procedures on patients, ensuring that images are of high quality and accurate.
  • Prepare patients for procedures: You will prepare patients for procedures, providing instructions and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Position patients: You will position patients to best demonstrate anatomic areas of interest, respecting their ability and comfort.
  • Maintain patient records: You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all procedures and results.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams: You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • ARRT certification in Computed Tomography: You must have ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
  • Experience with Siemens Go Top CT Scanner: You must have experience with Siemens Go Top CT Scanner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent patient care and communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail: You must have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all procedures.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, travel position, and you will be required to work variable shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends. You will also be required to rotate call and work flexible hours as needed.
