This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Adobe InDesign, FileMaker, Microsoft Excel, and Access. Proficiency in relational databases is also highly valued.

In this role, you will:

  • Edit and maintain catalog item data within our catalog management system.
  • Proof and validate content on our award-winning catalog pages.
  • Create web-related productions such as HTML pages, price charts, and PDFs.
  • Assist in documenting work processes and providing training to team members.
  • Upload and import files, as well as generate reports periodically.

You will be required to have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience with Adobe InDesign preferred.
  • Proficient with FileMaker, Microsoft Excel, and Access preferred.
  • Knowledge of relational databases a plus.
