Digital Marketing Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Strategy Manager to drive paid search strategies, optimize campaigns, and fuel traffic to one of North America's largest eCommerce sites.

This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can analyze campaign performance, interpret results, and make recommendations to improve performance. You will work closely with a team of Campaign Managers, guiding, coaching, and developing their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage text and shopping ad campaigns across multiple product lines and/or business areas.
• Analyze campaign performance and interpret results to make performance improvement recommendations.
• Guide, coach, and develop a team of Campaign Managers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• 3 years of digital marketing experience directly managing paid search programs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
