We are seeking a highly skilled CT Technologist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

This role involves working as a patient advocate, ensuring that patients' needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be able to provide education to patients before, during, and after exams, and maintain a positive relationship with all customers, including patients, other departments, physicians, and fellow associates.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality CT scans, demonstrating the appropriate operation of all CT equipment, and ensuring safety in all areas.
  • They will also be expected to complete all data entries in the HIS and RIS systems, participate in efforts to monitor and improve departmental CQI indicators, and submit ideas for improving quality in the department.

Additionally, the CT Technologist will be required to assess their own learning needs, seek appropriate training and development, and set their own learning goals. They will also be expected to participate in hospital-wide activities, attend departmental staff meetings, and contribute to the improvement of productivity and efficiency in the department.

In terms of education and experience, the ideal candidate will have ARRT eligibility and some scanning experience. They will need to be able to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance and work under stressful conditions.
