About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team for a travel position. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT and X-ray procedures: You will be responsible for performing CT and X-ray procedures on patients, ensuring that images are of high quality and accurate.
  • Operate imaging equipment: You will operate and maintain various medical imaging equipment, including CT scanners and X-ray machines.
  • Prepare patients for procedures: You will prepare patients for procedures, providing instructions and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Position patients: You will position patients to best demonstrate anatomic areas of interest, respecting their ability and comfort.
  • Maintain patient records: You will maintain accurate and detailed patient records, documenting all procedures and results.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams: You will work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care and ensure seamless communication.

Requirements:

  • ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography: You must have ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography.
  • Experience with Siemens Go Top CT Scanner and Konica X-ray Equipment: You must have experience with Siemens Go Top CT Scanner and Konica X-ray Equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing excellent patient care and communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong attention to detail: You must have strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all procedures.
