Career Opportunity in Intellectual Property Law

This is an exciting opportunity to join our in-house legal team and contribute to the success of a leading North American company.

As a Corporate Paralegal, you will be responsible for reviewing a variety of intellectual property matters, including marketing materials, copyright/trademark infringement, and patent research. You will also conduct legal research and analysis to support our legal team, assist in litigation and regulatory matters, and handle responses to subpoenas and other document requests.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • 2 years of experience as a paralegal with intellectual property background

You will be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Your excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills will enable you to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
