As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experience, increasing client retention, and driving conversions. Your responsibilities will include engaging with Spanish-speaking customers through various communication channels, utilizing your skills to convert inquiries into sales, and building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with Spanish-speaking customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Utilize your skills to convert inquiries into sales and improve customer retention.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty.

Meet and exceed performance targets related to conversions and retention metrics.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is a plus.

Proven experience in customer service, sales, or similar roles, preferably within a conversion and retention-focused environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to problem-solve and think critically in high-pressure situations.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.

Familiarity with CRM software and other customer engagement tools is an advantage.
