Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Expert We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our team. As an expert in implementation projects, you will lead the delivery of end-to-end D365 implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results. Responsibilities: 
  • Lead the design and configuration of sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality, providing clients with unique selling points and reusable assets.
  • Participate in data migration strategies and designs, ensuring seamless data transfer between systems.
  • Contribute to interfaces and integrations, guaranteeing smooth communication between applications.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for team members, focusing on best practices and knowledge sharing.
  • Evaluate business/project risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
  • Maintain regular progress updates with relevant parties, both formally and informally, to ensure stakeholders are informed throughout the project lifecycle.
 Requirements: 
  • 12+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in professional services/consulting firms, with strong understanding of Microsoft ERP/CRM functional capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal English language skills, with additional fluency in one or more languages considered an asset.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple projects from start to finish in a functional capacity, with experience in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong technical skills, including Azure DevOps, Power Platform technologies, and automated testing tools like RSAT.
  • Awareness of latest Microsoft features and integration with ISVs for F&O.
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills, excellent client relationship management, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional knowledge of Finance core concepts and processes, including Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Asset, and Reporting.
