Maintenance Technician

**Job Title:** Building Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This role involves a wide range of tasks, including:

• Maintenance and repairs of drywall patching, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms
• Setup and teardown of events
• Installation, reconfiguration, and repair of modular workstations and office setups
• Installation of interior artwork

You will also assist other facilities teams as needed and contribute to the overall maintenance of our buildings.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry
• Prior experience with hand and power tools
• Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs
