- Preparation of daily menus, adapting recipes to accommodate special dietary needs
- Maintaining accurate records of chargeable meals and submitting records on time
- Assisting with menu planning and coordinating food storage and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean, orderly, safe and sanitary kitchen environment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification
- At least one year of cooking experience
