The Role

We are looking for an Information Solutions Account Manager to join our dedicated sales team in a role focused on Healthcare Insights.

This individual will have the ability to influence their own development and will get the opportunity to identify customer development opportunities, help improve and optimize healthcare resource use, and deliver and implement the best possible solutions within Healthcare insights.

The main purpose of this role is to create better health outcomes by delivering clear support from decision-makers in the Healthcare system and other stakeholders for early implementation of new products and solutions with high impact on health into clinical routine.

Additionally, this role involves:

  • Generating customer, market and competitor insights for relevant customer areas through desk research and market activities together with marketing.

  • Relaying insights to relevant internal stakeholders, and influencing the market fit of future solutions.

  • Further investigating/testing the market fit (value propositions) of locally prioritized solutions in the Solutions pipeline.

  • Implementing pre-launch go-to market strategy activities aiming to ensure solutions are implementable with optimal market fit.

  • Owning and leading selected sales opportunities, continuously documenting and (re)assessing the potential value that can be created and captured.

  • Ensuring the availability of sales content/material.

  • Performing opportunity-based sales activities including documentation.

  • Developing relevant relationships with clinicians, procurement personnel and management across Israel.

  • Ensuring transparency in tender initiatives on pre-tender opportunity strategy / customer discussions vs tender requirements.

This role requires a growth mindset and willingness to develop a strategic approach to stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable interacting with senior levels within healthcare departments, and will have an in-depth understanding of Disease management solutions and healthcare decision support solutions.

The ideal candidate will be very independent in their work and like to take initiative, while also being a team player that likes to contribute to the group and collaborate towards common goals.

Required qualifications include:

  • 3 years of sales experience in healthcare with a deep knowledge/experience from the Medtech/Healthcare and Software/IT industry.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Industrial Engineering and Management / Life Sciences, or another relevant field.

  • Proficient in Hebrew and English.

  • Solid understanding and knowledge of the healthcare system and regional decision making.

  • Broad understanding of clinical practice and the needs and requirements of clinical healthcare staff as well as patients, with regard to digital tools and systems.

  • Solid financial acumen.

  • Solid medical-scientific understanding knowledge.
