Warehouse Operations Manager

Manage and direct the nightly warehouse operations team to ensure efficient and accurate processing of returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supervising a team and maintaining high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and performance in nightly warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated warehouse supervisory/management experience.
  • Experience with equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks is preferred.
