Perioperative Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Surgical Technologist plays a vital role in ensuring that surgical procedures are performed efficiently and safely. As a key member of the healthcare team, the individual will be responsible for preparing the operating room for surgery, maintaining a sterile field, and assisting the surgeon during procedures.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience as a scrub technician or completion of an approved training program. A Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification is also required. Additionally, the individual must be CPR certified and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare the operating room for surgery
• Maintain a sterile field
• Assist the surgeon during procedures
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
