High Paying Opportunities
We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team. As a CDL-A driver with us, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $0.56 per mile and top earners can make over $100,000 annually. Trainers will also receive additional pay while dispatched with a student.
Our Mileage Structure
Our drivers average 118,800 miles annually, which means you will have plenty of opportunities to earn money on the road. Our practical mile pay structure ensures that you get paid for every mile you drive.
Consistent Freight and Home Time
We strive to provide our drivers with consistent freight and reliable home time. With 90% no-touch freight, you will have less time spent loading and unloading cargo, giving you more time to focus on driving. We also offer various pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay.
Rider Programs and Electronic Logs
In addition to our competitive pay and benefits, we also offer rider programs and a full fleet equipped with electronic logs (e-logs). This means you can stay connected with family and friends while on the road and accurately track your hours worked.
Layover Pay and Peace of Mind
We understand that layovers can be frustrating. That's why we offer $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This way, you can rest assured that your time is valued.
Requirements
To qualify for this position, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid Class A CDL. You should also have a minimum of 6 months' experience as an OTR driver and meet our other requirements.
