Electronics Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive buyer to join our purchasing team. As a key member of our supply chain, you will play a vital role in liaising with suppliers and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services.

• Collaborate closely with suppliers, senior buyers, finance, warehouses, and import/export departments to facilitate efficient supply chain management.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to build effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
