Dedicated RN Needed for Long Term Care Position

**Job Overview:** We are currently seeking a dedicated travel nurse to join our team in a Long Term Care facility. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our residents.
The successful candidate will work 20 hours per week, 8 hours a day, in a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
To be considered for this position, you must be a licensed RN with at least 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care setting. You should be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and respectfully with patients and colleagues, and maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
