We are seeking an experienced IT Auditor II to join our team. As an IT Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our systems and data. In addition, they will have experience with computer-assisted audit tools and techniques, and internal audit management software (TeamMate).
About the Role
This role will involve performing IT audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and identifying areas of improvement. You will work closely with audit team members, internal audit clients, other risk management and compliance functions within the organization, as well as external parties where applicable. Occasionally, you may need to travel to banking and non-banking locations in and outside of the Rosemont area.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform IT audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas of improvement.* Work closely with audit team members, internal audit clients, other risk management and compliance functions within the organization, as well as external parties where applicable.* Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems and data.* Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.* Develop and implement strategies to improve IT controls and processes.* Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.* Collaborate with the audit team to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field of study.* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT auditing or a related field.* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.* Experience with computer-assisted audit tools and techniques, and internal audit management software (TeamMate).* Certification such as CPA, CIA, CISA, CISSP preferred.
