We are looking for a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining and repairing buildings, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems">
  • Conducting routine inspections to identify potential issues and prevent problems">
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations">
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • ">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent">
  • At least 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry">
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools">
  • An understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens">
  • The ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs">
