As a solo driver, you can expect to earn up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners reaching over $100,000 annually. Trainers will also receive an additional $0.23 CPM while working with students. With an average of 118,800 miles driven annually, you'll have opportunities to explore the country while maintaining a steady income. Our practical mile pay structure ensures that you're fairly compensated for your miles driven. Additionally, you can enjoy reliable home time and consistent freight, which is essential for balancing work and personal life. We also offer a range of pay incentives, including stop-off pay, Canadian border pay, local pay, layover pay, and non-customary work pay. Whether you're looking for stability or flexibility, our job offers a competitive compensation package that meets your needs. Our fleet is equipped with modern technology, such as electronic logs (e-logs), to help you stay organized and on track. Furthermore, we provide rider programs for your loved ones to join you on the road, making it easier for them to share in your experiences. Despite occasional layovers, you can rely on our guaranteed payment of $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period. This ensures that your time is always valued, even when you're not driving. Finally, to become a solo driver with us, you must meet certain requirements: be at least 21 years old, possess a Class A CDL, and have a minimum of 6 months' verifiable OTR experience.
