IT Infrastructure Specialist

The Intune Expert will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Intune solutions across our organization. This role will collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to develop strategies and policies that ensure secure, seamless access to resources on mobile devices and endpoints.

• Design and Implementation: Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Intune environments for device and application management.
• Policy Management: Implement and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and conditional access settings.
• Mobile Device Management: Support mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) across various platforms, including iOS, Android, and Windows.
• Security and Compliance: Develop and enforce security policies for mobile devices to protect organizational data.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot Intune issues and provide support to end-users and other IT teams.
• Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure alignment with corporate policies.

• Experience with Microsoft Intune: Proven experience with Microsoft Intune for mobile device and application management.
• MDM and MAM Principles: Strong understanding of MDM and MAM principles and experience with multi-platform support (Windows, iOS, Android).
• Security and Compliance Policies: Experience with security and compliance policies, including conditional access and data protection.
• Azure AD and PowerShell: Knowledge of Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting.
• Troubleshooting Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills and experience with endpoint management tools.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on location and industry standards. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
