Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day HR processes.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, global environment while continuing your academic journey.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Owning and managing the HRIS (HiBob): Maintaining accurate employee records, updating data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting reporting needs.
  • Supporting employee life cycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and employee changes.
  • Ensuring data accuracy and compliance across systems and documentation.

You will collaborate with HR team members on day-to-day operational needs and assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed. Additionally, you will help improve and automate HR processes and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A strong analytical mindset – comfortable working with data, identifying trends, and supporting data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent English skills – both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and a love for working with systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with HiBob – Advantage.
