About the Position
The Teller Supervisor is a key role in our organization, responsible for supervising teller staff and managing all branch functions related to customer transactions and routine banking services. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills to motivate staff and effectively delegate duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and mentor teller staff to ensure high-quality customer service
* Manage branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
* Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth
* Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Requirements
* Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a financial institution
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Ability to travel between branches may be necessary
* Ability to lift 30 lbs
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
