**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance professional to join our team. This role involves performing maintenance and repairs on various aspects of the building, including drywall patching, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and repairs of drywall, painting, doors, locks, and restrooms.
  • Setup and tear down events.
  • Installation of modular workstations and office setups.
  • Installation of interior artwork.
  • Assisting other Facilities teams as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction, or carpentry.
  • Prior experience with hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens.
  • Ability to lift / move up to 50 lbs.
