Shift Leader

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive sales by engaging with customers and promoting products, while also providing support to management as needed.

Sales Development:

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving sales by engaging with customers and promoting products through live events and sampling. This will involve developing and implementing effective sales strategies, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Support:

You will also provide support to management as needed, which may include tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a safe and organized store environment.

Requirements:

• Available to work 2-3 shifts per week, including weekends
• Have reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
