As a Relationship Banker, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. This involves using your financial knowledge to recommend personalized solutions that meet their unique needs.

You will work closely with our business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized needs. Additionally, you will be responsible for operating a teller drawer, opening accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with digital products.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our customers' financial lives. You will be expected to recognize potential fraud and other risks, and depending on your shift, you may be responsible for bank opening/closing or supporting community and bank events.

To be successful in this role, you will need 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial service, or sales role. A high school degree or equivalent is also required. Intermediate computer skills are necessary for success in this position.
