- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including EMR systems like Epic.">
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.">
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments, technologies, and best practices to provide exceptional care.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Current licensure as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).">
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care settings, preferably in NICU, CCU, and PICU.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.">
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.">
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.">
- Familiarity with EMR systems, such as Epic.">
