About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Performance Video Creator who thrives in a creative environment.

  • Concept & Strategy: You'll own an ongoing, insight-driven creative process, identifying new angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks that speak directly to audience needs and motivations.
  • Creative Ownership: You'll lead execution as a hands-on solo creator, writing scripts, storyboarding, directing, shooting (when needed), editing, and animating performance video content optimized for digital channels.
  • UGC & Performance-Driven Content: Develop, source, and transform user-generated content into high-performing creative assets tailored for performance marketing.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record in Performance Creative: 5+ years of experience crafting high-performing video content that drives measurable results across paid social and digital platforms.
  • Hands-On Video Creator with AI Curiosity: You're comfortable with writing, shooting, directing, and editing your own work, and have experimented with AI-powered video tools.
  • Obsessed with Testing and Learning: You thrive in a feedback loop, constantly experimenting, iterating, and optimizing based on performance data.
  • Positive, Collaborative, and Proactive: You bring energy, clarity, and flexibility to the table, thriving in cross-functional environments.
  • Creative by Instinct: You have strong creative instincts and an eye for what resonates, challenging trends and offering fresh ideas grounded in audience insight and strategic intent.
