You are a part of

Our marketing team, supporting the Israel Market.

You are responsible for

• Developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns to align with the European team's messaging.
• Managing all aspects of engagement with external marketing vendors from Israel and EU.
• Analyzing and optimizing the performance of all channels and campaigns.
• Closely cooperating with Sales in the Market to provide input for local channel Strategy.
• Collaborating with local partners to jointly build and execute trade marketing activations and promotions to stimulate sell-out in major key accounts.
• Localizing marketing materials such as leaflets, presentations, banners etc.
• Translating and proofreading marketing materials.
• Understanding the product range + superiority vs competition.
• Engaging with local partners to communicate new product launches and training sales teams.
• Communicating directly with teams from EU to discuss and align on product ranges and opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other relevant field.
• Experience with organic and paid media channels like content creation, PPC campaigns, event management, social media, Influencers, PR, content creation and lead generation campaigns is an advantage.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of excel and power point.
• Great communication and people skills.
• English-professional level, Hebrew-native.

How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
On-site roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
