**Maintenance and Repair Specialist**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Repair Specialist to join our facilities team. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and beauty of our buildings.

Responsibilities include performing routine maintenance and repairs on various aspects of our facilities, including drywall patching, painting, doors, locks and restrooms. You will also be responsible for setting up and tearing down events, as well as installing and reconfiguring modular workstations and office setups.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in general building maintenance, custodial, construction or carpency. Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, as well as a strong understanding of OSHA required PPE and blood-borne pathogens, is also essential.
