Senior Radio Network Optimization Expert

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our radio validation team. As a Senior Radio QA and Validation Team Leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing advanced testing procedures, analyzing performance, and ensuring that RF systems meet design and regulatory standards.

You will manage a team of radio validation engineers, located in multiple R&D sites, and work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of radio validation engineers
• Designing, implementing, and executing advanced test procedures for 2G/4G/5G Base Stations
• Analyzing test results to identify performance issues and ensure systems meet design and regulatory standards
• Diagnosing and resolving complex system issues, optimizing system functionality and performance

Required skills and qualifications:

• 5 years of working experience as a System tests engineer
• 2+ years of experience as a Tech leader/Team Leader
• Good knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as Python (Mandatory)
• Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/Nightly pipelines
• Knowledge of wireless communication test standards, familiarity with LTE/5G-NR cellular test standards
• Experience with RF test equipment, automation involved with Test Equipment
• Familiarity with Networking
• Familiarity with Radio Conformance
• Experienced with Agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills
