Transfer Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Transfer Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing investor/fund documentation, conducting AML/KYC checks, and maintaining accurate records.

This is a full-time office-based role in Investor Services that requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage investor-related queries across assigned funds.
• Review and process investor documentation, including AML/KYC checks, in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new investors and support ongoing investor lifecycle processes.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to ensure client deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fund structures, timelines, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Native Hebrew speaker; strong English proficiency preferred.
• Bachelor's degree related field preferred; relevant work experience needed.
• Strong client service orientation with clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and perform well under pressure.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
