To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in Nursing and a valid, current nursing license in Illinois. Current CPR certification and at least one year experience in long-term care are also required. Additionally, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
