The compensation for this position includes earning up to $0.56 per mile, with top earners making $100,000 annually and trainers earning an additional $0.23 CPM while dispatched with a student.

This role involves being on the road, averaging 118,800 miles annually, with a practical mile pay structure and consistent freight opportunities.
Requirements:
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and have a Class A CDL with a minimum of six months of verifiable OTR experience.
