Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to drive our growth across software-led and service-based solutions. This role is accountable for identifying new revenue opportunities, engaging strategic customers and partners, launching targeted go-to-market initiatives, and shaping commercially viable offerings that address real-world operational and business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom operations, including network maintenance, software lifecycle, customer SLAs, and experience selling recurring managed services or software-as-a-service (SaaS) models. They will also have the ability to develop new markets and manage complex solution sales across Tier-1 and Tier-2/3 CSPs.

This is a critical role in driving our company's evolution from project-based delivery to long-term service engagements. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market presence in underserved or strategic segments, increasing the volume of qualified opportunities for recurring managed services, and supporting our company's overall growth strategy.
