Warehouse Operations Lead

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising a team of warehouse employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage nightly warehouse operations, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion
- Lead and develop a team of warehouse employees to deliver exceptional customer service
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, safety, and performance in nightly warehouse operations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated warehouse supervisory/management experience
- Equipment experience, such as forklift and reach truck, preferred
- Performance metrics and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience a plus
