Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our product and projects team. The successful candidate will contribute to developing our automotive products, leveraging their expertise in computer vision algorithms, AI, and classic methodologies.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in UVeye's multi-disciplinary inspection systems and have experience working in tech/analysis positions. Strong leadership and execution skills, as well as a strong work ethic driven by a desire to learn and achieve independence, are essential for this role.

A day in the life of this role will include:

  • Becoming proficient in our inspection systems.
  • Collaborating with R&D teams to define and develop new capabilities that align with customer needs.
  • Participating in the development of complex computer vision algorithms for anomaly detection and stereo imaging applications.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled as a 3rd-year student in Engineering (Electronics, Bio-medical, Mechanical, or Computer Science) with at least one year until graduation.
  • Availability for a minimum of 3.5 full working days per week.
  • Proficient in both English and Hebrew.
  • Demonstrated leadership and execution skills.
  • Strong work ethic, driven by a desire to learn and achieve independence.
