Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the global strategy and governance of compensation and benefits programs.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement total rewards strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent worldwide.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to drive impactful, scalable reward practices that support talent attraction, retention, and organizational effectiveness across regions.
  • Prepare total rewards insights and data for board and compensation committee meetings, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and strategic alignment in executive communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of compensation and benefits programs to ensure alignment with business priorities, market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee global HR operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable processes, driving continuous improvements to streamline workflows and enhance employee and manager experience.
  • Serve as a member of the Center of Excellence (COE) management team, contributing to the overall HR strategy and collaboration across functions.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, including at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of global compensation and benefits practices, including base pay, variable incentives, equity programs, and regulatory compliance across multiple markets.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to lead and inspire a global team, driving alignment and execution of total rewards initiatives that support business goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to partner effectively with HR leaders, Finance, business stakeholders, and executive teams.
