About the Role: As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations while developing existing and new customer relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
  • Oversee sales performance of banking center staff by conducting coaching sessions and addressing employee performance issues
  • Resolve escalated customer matters and perform personal banker duties as necessary
  • Establish and enhance the bank's presence in the local community through networking events and outbound calling efforts

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent retail banking experience
  • Previous retail banking and managerial experience
  • Business development experience and working with small business customers may be required

  • Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $95,000
