We're committed to providing our CDL-A Drivers with the highest level of compensation and benefits. Solo drivers can earn up to $0.56 per mile, and top earners average an annual income of $100,000. Trainers, who are dispatched with students, receive an additional $0.23 CPM, bringing their total earnings to over $1.20 per mile.


Job Description

This is a driving position that involves transporting goods across the country. As a CDL-A Driver, you'll have the opportunity to see new places and experience the freedom of the open road. You'll be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to safety regulations.

Additional Compensation

In addition to your regular pay, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours of a layover, and an additional $125 for each subsequent 24-hour period. This ensures that your time is valued and compensated fairly.


Requirements

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Hold a Class A CDL
  • Have a minimum of 6 months' verifiable OTR experience
