Key Responsibilities:

  2. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and exceed expectations
  3. Providing exceptional customer service through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital interactions
  4. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  5. Identifying opportunities for growth and improvement within our operations

An ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record in customer-facing roles. Intermediate computer skills and a high school degree or equivalent are also required.
