Endoscopy Management

We are seeking a talented Registered Nurse to lead our endoscopy team as an Endoscopy Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your leadership skills and make a real difference in patient care.
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A deep understanding of endoscopy procedures and protocols
Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Job types available: full time, part time, and per diem. Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid shift. Employer features include Level 2 trauma center, PTO, Retirement Plan, Teaching Hospital, Tuition Assistance, Union facility.
Qualifications:
- BS/BSN degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Illinois

Salary: $61,300 to $100,980 /year.
