Senior Staff Hardware Design Specialist

The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced engineer responsible for designing and developing high-performance switching chips for AI and cloud data centers. This individual will join a team of experts in the field of semiconductor design and development, working closely with software and firmware teams to drive innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-complexity control and management IPs for switching chips
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive project forward and ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with post-silicon teams to resolve issues and improve overall product quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• 6+ years of experience in RTL frontend design or verification
• Strong understanding of digital logic, micro-architecture, and system-level aspects
