Wireless Communications Expert

The ideal candidate for this position will be a highly skilled technical professional with experience in microwave radio systems and telecommunications technologies. They should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong communication and negotiation abilities.

This role involves providing 3rd-tier technical support for Ceragon products to global market operations teams. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, analyze and debug problems, escalate issues to the development team, and coordinate communication between developers and customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues

A key requirement for this position is a solid understanding of microwave radio systems and telecommunications technologies. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of relevant work experience, a degree in electronic or communication engineering, and excellent English language skills.

Additional requirements include:

  • Knowledge of network resiliency protocols (xSTP, G8032), TDM-SDH/PDH, network synchronization, IP routing, SNMP
  • Experience with major vendors' networking products configurations, operations, and deployments
  • Team player with strong negotiation skills and ability to work independently

Requirements:

Mandatory:

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Electronic/Communication/Computer engineer (BA/BSc)
  • Ability to learn effectively and quickly.
  • Proven knowledge of Microwave radio systems
  • Excellent English knowledge - fluent in reading, writing, and speaking

Advantages:

  • Cisco and/or Juniper or ALU/Nokia certifications or equivalent proven experience certification is preferred.
  • Experience in TCP/IP , Routing Protocols, Core IP/MPLS, Edge, Fixed and Mobile IP RAN
