Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to analyze build plans against inventory and supply chain data to determine demand for material procurement, generate MRP and forecasts to suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze build plans against inventory and supply chain data to determine demand for material procurement.
• Generate MRP and forecasts to suppliers.
• Monitor and control material to support product on time build.
• Drive material flow from strategic forecast to tool shipment while planning production orders for Manufacturing.
• Plan production orders for Manufacturing, considering all products, available resources (material and capacity), and various demand-sources.
• Work in collaboration with other departments as Manufacturing, Finance, Engineering, purchasing.
• Analysis of supply and demand (internal and external) and generation of reports reflect and present risks and mitigation for plan execution.

Requirements

• BSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain or Operations or BA
• Working experience in Planning – minimum 5 years required
• English – High proficiency
• Good at Excel
• Strong communication skills 
• Detail oriented
• Able to work well with cross functional teams
• Ability to multitask under dynamic and uncertain conditions
• Self-motivated completing challenging tasks
