We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conversion Team Leader to lead our UK Desk in Israel. The ideal candidate will drive conversion rates, enhance customer experiences, and contribute to revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the UK Desk conversion team.

Inspire and motivate team members to achieve targets.

Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance.

Strategic Development:

Develop and implement conversion strategies tailored to the UK market.

Analyze conversion metrics and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to align efforts and strategies.

Performance Monitoring:

Establish and track KPIs related to conversion rates, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.

Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address challenges.

Customer Engagement:

Enhance customer journey and experience through innovative conversion tactics.

Engage with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Reporting:

Prepare regular reports on team performance and market insights for senior management.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a leadership role within conversion or sales environments, preferably targeting the UK market.

Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques and best practices.

Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
