Travel Nurse Needed - Med Surg / Telemetry Role


Job Summary:
A travel nurse is required to work in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate should have experience in medical surgical nursing and be comfortable working with telemetry equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient progress and vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery
• Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changing priorities and emergencies

Requirements:
• Current RN licensure in the state of employment
• BLS certification
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and commit to a 13-week assignment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and technologies
