Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing System Implementor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and developing manufacturing execution systems (MES) features, dashboards, and machine interfaces.

You will work closely with engineering, IT, and operations teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration of MES with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and shopfloor equipment.

  • Solve real-time production issues and maintain smooth operations
  • Design and develop MES features, dashboards, and machine interfaces
  • Connect MES with ERP systems and shopfloor equipment (OPC/PLC/SCADA)
  • Collaborate with Engineering, IT, and Operations to deliver scalable, efficient solutions
  • Document systems and support compliance, audits, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in MES development/support in manufacturing
  • Experience with MES tools (e.g., Pisga, Siemens, or custom solutions)
  • Programming knowledge (JavaScript, SQL, Python, VB.NET, or C#)
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and a team-first mindset
