Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, and championing an exceptional candidate experience.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead a wide range of talent profiles, from Go-To-Market through Product and R&D functions. They will partner with stakeholders to consult and become trusted advisors on all aspects of hiring, and be a talent magnet - someone all talent wants to connect with.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing and building pipelines.
  • Partner with stakeholders to consult and become trusted advisors on all aspects of hiring.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects a customer-obsessed mindset.
  • Data-driven recruiting, discovery of golden nuggets that will make all the difference.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting end-to-end in medium to high scale hi-tech companies.
  • Experience in sourcing and building pipelines.
  • Proven experience conducting in-depth behavioral interviews.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders by providing data-driven insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
